VOCAL ALIGNMENT

LINE X aligns every double to the selected lead. The GUIDE is always shown as the top lane, with all DUB recordings below it. Process the complete capture or select individual song segments and give each section its own mode and alignment strength.
RHYTHM and VOCAL
RHYTHM aligns timing. VOCAL works with timing and also tightens vocal intonation.
Segments and MATCH
Select the exact area you need and set processing strength independently for every part of the song.
Complete control
Compare ALIGNED with ORIGINAL, reset the selected area and use Undo or Redo.
HOW LINE X WORKS
01Choose the lead - it becomes the top GUIDE lane
02Add the doubles and select the required segment
03Choose RHYTHM or VOCAL and set MATCH
04Compare ALIGNED with ORIGINAL and move to the next segment
WORKING IN ARA 2
01Open LINE X as an ARA extension on the required vocal events
02For each segment, begin with the event on the top track - it becomes the GUIDE
03Select only the area that needs processing in the LINE X timeline
04Choose RHYTHM for timing or VOCAL for timing and intonation
05When the next segment or lead changes, begin from the top track again
WORKING IN INSERT MODE
01Add the regular LINE X Insert to the lead and every double track
02CAPTURE arms one track, while ARM ALL arms every LINE X instance
03Play the required section and press Stop - the captured waveforms appear in the plugin
04Choose the GUIDE from the top list - it becomes the first lane and the others become DUB lanes
05Select a segment, choose the mode, set MATCH and compare through ALIGNED or ORIGINAL
